All prices invoiced to the buyer are those in effect on the day of registration of the order for the products, deducted, if applicable, from any discount, refund or rebate applicable to the order.
The prices in our tables can be changed without prior notice.
The prices mentioned on the website are exclusively for internet orders.
The prices indicated on the website include a value corresponding to VAT at the prevailing rate.

Unit prices: refer to the sales unit indicated, are presented in Euros, with VAT.
MATERIAL RETURNS
For online-distance purchases and to be received at address via CTT, the Portuguese Law sets the consumer a period of 14 days, commonly known as a period of reflection, after taking physical possession of the goods, during which the item(s) can be returned( s) without the need to indicate a reason. In cases of free Termination of Contract, the return postage is borne by the consumer, as stipulated in paragraph 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February.
The customer can only return new items, in the original packaging in the same condition as they arrived. To this end, the customer must notify the seller within the maximum period mentioned above by sending us an email to cbelajoias@gmail.com or by private message on facebook page or instagram page.
REFUNDS
Refunds of payments as stipulated in no. 2 of article 12 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, will be credited to the customer.
No direct exchanges will be made, the refund will be made through the same payment method that was used by the consumer in the initial transaction.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Payments will be made via bank transfer or mbway after completion of the order process.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
All orders are sent by registered mail (CTT) to the buyer's address.
The cost of postal services is charged directly to the customer and the value rises according to the weight and table of the CTT

These delivery times may be conditioned on time, either by momentary unavailability of the product, or by other situations unrelated to the seller.
